Group Schedule

Winter 2012

Start Date:   April 14, 2012  for 8 sessions (excluding May long weekend).

 

Upper Case Letters....................Saturdays 10:00 to 10:50 am

Lower Case Letters....................Saturdays at 11:00 to 11:50 am or Mondays at 4:00 pm to 4:50 pm

Words & Sentence.....................Saturdays at 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm or Mondays at 5:00 pm to 5:50 pm

Printing Group Fee:   $375 for 8 sessions

Location: our clinic at 658 Danforth Suite 412, Toronto, ON, M4J 1R4

New students will be asked to participate in a pre-screen for placement in group.  A 1 time registration fee of $30 will apply.

Printing Group Registration Instructions:

New registrants should participate in a pre-class screen for placement.  The pre-class screen ensures that your child is placed in the correct group in order to provide them with a successful and appropriately challenging experience. For new registrants a one time administration fee of $30.00 is applicable. In order to ensure that your child has a spot in one of our groups you will need to submit the following:

 

1) Completed Registration form via mail

2) Post-dated cheque dated for January 15, 2011 made payable to Hand Skills for Children Occupational Therapy Services        and mail to:  658 Danforth Suite 412, Toronto, ON, M4J 5B9

Printing Group Registration Policies:

  • Registrations received on a fist come first serve basis.
  • An administration of fee of $30.00 will be billed at the time of pre-class screen for new registrants of printing groups.
  • Class size:  minimum 2 students and maximum 5 students
  • Groups are taught by Ontario Licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Classes with 3 students or more will also have a classroom assistant.
  • Cheques will not be cashed until the group is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a group secondary to low enrollment.  Any applicable cheques will be returned to the client.
  • Group fees include workbooks and classroom materials
  • No make-up classes are offered for groups.
